Our new employees go through an induction programme and then meet with their manager to discuss their continuing professional development, with progress reviewed regularly in one-to-one meetings and reviews. We provide a development framework, expert advice, on going support from managers and colleagues.
All training is in line with the requirements as guided by the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) and The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA).
